Internal Use Terms

RevParPro is an internal business system managed by Management HD LLC. Access is limited to authorized personnel and approved service providers. It is not offered as a consumer financial product.

Authorized use

Users may access RevParPro only for assigned hotel-management, accounting, operational, analytical, or administrative duties. Users must follow company policies, protect credentials, complete multi-factor authentication, and use only data they are authorized to access.

Financial connections

A user connecting an account must have authority to grant Management HD read-only access to that business financial account. RevParPro may retrieve the Plaid products disclosed in the connection flow. RevParPro does not initiate transfers or move money through the initial Plaid implementation.

Prohibited activity

Users may not share accounts, evade access controls, introduce malicious content, access another property without authorization, export data for personal use, or attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the system.

Records and monitoring

Activity may be logged and reviewed for security, support, audit, and compliance. Business and accounting records are retained according to Management HD’s retention requirements.

Access changes

Management HD may suspend or revoke access, disconnect a financial account, or restrict a feature when needed to protect information, comply with law, or respond to operational risk.
